Grand Seiko SBGA231

The SBGA231 is one of only a handful of diving watches available from Grand Seiko despite Seiko’s 50 year old diving heritage, and the only one available in lightweight titanium. Like all Grand Seikos, it combines timeless looks with exquisite craftsmanship and technology. It also features Grand Seiko’s unique spring drive, a technology that no other company in the world has. The spring drive movement combines the beauty and complexity of an ordinary mechanical movement but with none of the inaccuracy–the spring drive will be at least as accurate as a good quartz watch. It also has the only truly smooth seconds hand in the industry. Like all Grand Seiko spring drives, a power reserve subdial is used that lets you know how much energy is left in the mainspring before the watch dies.

The SBGA231 is the updated version of the classic SBGA031.
